Southbank Sinfonia welcomes back conductor Gábor Takács-Nagy, founder of the Takács Quartet, in a rare visit to Southbank Centre's Queen Elizabeth Hall. On Tuesday 18 June he'll conduct energetic symphonies by Beethoven, Mozart and Haydn.

Gábor is Music Director of Manchester Camerata and Principal Guest Conductor of the Budapest Festival Orchestra. He is acclaimed for his endless energy and an unbridled imagination which, coupled with the dynamic young musicians of Southbank Sinfonia, promises to spark vibrant interpretations of these mighty works.
